Sam Stephenson is a writer from North Carolina now based in College Station, Texas. He is the author of a book on Smith, Gene Smith’s Sink, as well as editor of Dream Street: W. Eugene Smith’s Pittsburgh Project, also published by the University of Chicago Press.
